UMSDN delivers programmes across Uganda, prioritising underserved communities in Northern and Eastern regions where the digital economy gap is most significant.
Northern Uganda
Our primary intervention area. Home to large youth populations with limited access to digital infrastructure. We operate 3 digital hubs in Northern Uganda.
Eastern Uganda
A growing focus for our digital skills and financial inclusion programmes, targeting youth in agricultural and trading communities.
Central Uganda
Our headquarters region. Central Uganda hosts our national coordination office and several ESO partners in the startup accelerator programme.
National Programmes
Several of our policy, research, and digital economy programmes operate at a national level, engaging stakeholders across all regions.
