Digital Skills
Equipping youth aged 18–35 across Uganda with practical digital skills — from foundational literacy to coding, digital marketing, and data analysis.
About the Programme
The Digital Skills Programme is UMSDN's foundational workforce development intervention, designed to bridge the digital skills gap between Uganda's rapidly growing digital economy and the youth who stand to benefit most from it.
Operating across 6 districts in Northern and Eastern Uganda, the programme uses a blended learning model — combining classroom sessions, digital hubs, and mobile-first self-paced learning — to deliver skills training that directly maps to real labour market demand.
