Our
Programmes
Four flagship programmes driving inclusive digital economy growth across Uganda — targeting young women and men in the regions where exclusion is most acute.
10X Digital Economy Programme
A multi-year programme funded by UNCDF and the Mastercard Foundation, building the capacity of Enterprise Support Organisations (ESOs) to drive youth digital skills development, startup growth, and access to digital financial services.
Digital Startup Accelerator Challenge
A competitive accelerator programme identifying and intensively supporting the most promising digital startups from Northern and Eastern Uganda — providing investment readiness training, mentorship, and access to seed financing.
Financial Inclusion Programme
Working with telecoms, SACCOs, and financial service providers to address the systemic barriers preventing rural women and youth from accessing, using, and benefiting from digital financial services — particularly in conflict-affected areas.
TVET & Skills Development
A market-led programme aligning Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) curricula with real employer demand in Uganda's digital economy — strengthening institution quality, employer linkages, and graduate employment pathways.
Designed
to Make
Itself
Redundant
Every programme begins with deep market analysis. We design interventions that address root causes, not symptoms — and we test assumptions before scaling.
We work through market actors — businesses, ESOs, government — rather than substituting for them. Change outlasts our involvement because it's embedded in the system.
We track market-level shifts — adoption rates, policy changes, crowding-in — not just programme outputs. We follow the DCED Standard for Results Measurement.
