About the Programme

The 10X Digital Economy Programme is UMSDN's flagship initiative, implemented in partnership with UNCDF and the Mastercard Foundation. It targets young people aged 18–35 in Northern and Eastern Uganda who are under- or unemployed and lack access to digital tools and markets.

The programme delivers digital literacy training, entrepreneurship coaching, market linkages, and access to digital financial services through a blended learning model combining in-person hubs and mobile-first digital platforms.
