Board of Directors
The UMSDN Board of Directors provides strategic direction and oversight for the organisation. The Board comprises leaders drawn from the private sector, civil society, academia, and government who bring diverse expertise to guide the network's mission.
Accountability Framework
UMSDN is committed to the highest standards of financial and programmatic accountability. We adhere to:
- Annual independent external audits
- Quarterly board reporting and review cycles
- Donor reporting frameworks aligned with UNCDF and Mastercard Foundation guidelines
- Open data and results publication
- Safeguarding and anti-corruption policies
Legal Status
UMSDN is registered as a Non-Governmental Organisation under the NGO Act of Uganda. Our registration number and legal documents are available on request from the Secretariat.
