We invest heavily in staff development — annual learning budgets, mentorship from senior MSD practitioners, and regular peer-learning across the team.
Flexible working arrangements, generous leave allowances, and a culture that recognises people have lives outside the office.
We benchmark salaries against NGO and private sector rates in Uganda, and review annually. We believe in paying fairly for exceptional work.
A small, close-knit team that works hard and supports each other. No politics, no silos — just a shared commitment to getting things done well.
Comprehensive private medical cover for you and your immediate family, plus an employee assistance programme for mental health support.
What We Stand For
We do what we say we will do, we are honest about what we don't know, and we speak up when things aren't right.
We ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, and are always looking for a better way. We learn from failure as much as success.
We are committed to equity in our hiring, our team culture, and our programme design. Difference makes us stronger.
We are not here to run projects — we are here to change systems. Everything we do is measured against whether it makes markets work better for excluded people.
